- Wet your hair fully before you start.
- Rub a small amount of NR.01 Gentle Cleansing Shampoo between your palms and apply to your roots.
- Massage into your scalp and hair, then rinse well. Repeat if needed.
- Apply NR.05 Moisturising Hair Mask generously to damp hair, focusing on lengths and ends.
- Leave on for 5 to 7 minutes, then rinse well.
For an extra boost, use NR.05 Moisturising Hair Mask as an overnight treatment once a week.
