- Apply NR.01 Gentle Cleansing Shampoo to wet hair, massage into the scalp, and rinse.
- Shake the NR.02 Nurturing Conditioner bottle before use.
- Apply NR.02 Nurturing Conditioner to damp hair, focusing on lengths and ends. Leave on for 1 to 2 minutes, then rinse.
- Apply 1 to 2 pumps of NR.03 Fortifying Scalp Serum to your scalp and massage in. No rinsing needed.
- Take 1 Perform + Beauty Boost capsule daily with a glass of water.
